Conveniently located in the center of Memphis, Tennessee on approximately 15 and a half acres, the remarkable multi-million dollar Racquet Club includes over 186,000 square feet of luxurious indoor facilities and is the only private club in the world to host a professional men's and women's combined indoor event.

In addition to its "one-of-the-best" reputations in professional and Mid-South recreational tennis, The Racquet  Club of Memphis sets itself apart with its facility, its members, its employees, its services, and its sense of community.

Anyone who has ever entered our doors has witnessed a special place.  There is a staff that is itself a family, with over 300 combined years of service to the club.

There are employees who recognize the members and call them by name.  There are members who are not only fellow tennis players, but are also friends.  They attend each others’ special family functions and parties, because they are the people that mean the most to one another.

The Racquet Club of Memphis is a home-away-from-home for members.  The young children spend time together in the nursery, at Summer Camp and at the pool every summer.

The juniors grow up playing tennis together - juniors from all schools and all backgrounds who have a common love of tennis and a common home at The Racquet Club.

The tennis professionals and the ATP and WTA staff members who come in every February for the international tennis event, the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and Cellular South Cup, look forward to and appreciate the warm atmosphere and the friendly and professional staff.  They walk the same halls with the members, stopping to sign autographs along the way.

Businessmen and businesswomen stop by for lunch with their clients. Need a good hot lunch, a haircut, a massage, or a Pilates class?  All are available within our doors.

Couples are married here.  Bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, showers, and anniversaries - all are celebrated within our doors.

28 tennis courts (clay and hard, indoor and outdoor); 4 USPTA certified tennis professionals; 1 USPTR certified tennis professional; 3 assistant tennis professionals; active tennis leagues and clinics; one of the best Junior Development tennis programs in the nation boasting some of the highest ranked players in circulation. The Racquet Club hosts several regional and national tournaments every year…the Kroger St. Jude and Cellular South Cup, USTA Girls’ 18 Super National Clay Court Championships, OMNI ITA Division III Regional Championships, Southern Open Indoor, the Racquet Club Junior Open, Mid-South Melting Pot Championships, Ladies Spring Classic.  Also host several Club events…The Kosten Cup, The Dunavant Cup, the Racquet Club Outdoor Club Championships, Indoor Club Championships, Member-Guest tournament, Holiday Round Robins, as well as seasonal camps and clinics for all ages and abilities.
