COLLEGE COACHES
RECRUITING DAY
Saturday, July 16
1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
On Saturday, July 16, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., we will host a
reception for all players eligible for recruiting on two of our indoor tennis
courts.
Each year between 65 and 70 schools attend this great Recruiting
Workshop. College coaches from all over the nation are invited to attend. Our
goal is to provide a relaxed atmosphere for you to learn about their programs
before you check in for the tournament.
If you have any plans to be recruited for a college scholarship, we
recommend that you be present at the workshop.
All players who plan to attend the workshop must do so before checking in for
the tournament. |
PLAYER BIO BOOKS
2011 is the eleventh year that the Player Bio
Books will be available for college coaches, players, and families to purchase
at the tournament. All players are encouraged to fill out a player bio sheet
that will be included in the Player Bio Book.
Last year over 140 girls participated in the book
and 85 different college coaches purchased a copy of this bio book. It is a
WONDERFUL way to get your information out to college tennis coaches from all
over the nation.
SUBMIT A PICTURE FOR THE BOOK
We will take all the profiles and put them together in a book that will be
available for any of you to purchase as well as all the college coaches that
will be at the event and all those that call in to order one. This is
especially valuable to all of you that are upcoming seniors, as so many college
coaches will have a copy of the book so that they can better recognize all of
you in the event.Please fill out your bio sheet as soon as
possible by clicking on the link on the left. Also, please send a picture
either via
email that you would like to
have appear next to your information. We will be taking pictures at Check-In of
any of you that do not send a picture, so be prepared for that if you do not
send a picture in ahead of time.Players who are not eligible for recruiting are
still welcome to go ahead and get their names and information out there. Also,
players that have already graduated or are committed to a school are welcome to
complete the information if they would like to be in the Bio Book as a memento. The
Player Bio Book is a great way to get out their information to many college
coaches and is also a great memento from the tournament.
