There will be a mandatory meeting for all players at 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 12 held on Court 4 outdoors at The Racquet Club
of Memphis. This meeting will only last 30 minutes to an hour. All important
information regarding sites, practice courts, first match times,
transportation, club access, etc, will be discussed at this meeting.
The group photo for 2008 will also be taken at this time.
Make sure that you are at this mandatory meeting.
There will be NO PRACTICE COURTS open 6:00 - 7:00 pm on Saturday, July 12.
All first match times will be available at the Player Meeting, not
at Check-In. After the meeting you will be able to check your time and book
your practice court for the next day.
No player times or practice courts for Sunday will be available until after the
Mandatory Player Meeting.
