CONDITIONS OF PLAY
- Events: Girls' Singles, Doubles, and Feed-In Championships Singles
- There will be a singles draw of 192 if that number of qualified entrants is received.
- Singles play begins Sunday, July 18 at 8:00 a.m. All matches will be the best of three sets. The 12-point tiebreak will be used at six games in all sets. Doubles play begins Sunday, July 18.
- Doubles matches will be best of three sets with a match tie break in lieu of the third set through the quarter finals. Semi finals, finals, and 3/4 playoff will be best of three tie breaker sets.
- Two rounds of doubles will be played on both Sunday and Monday.
- The Singles Feed-In Championships will begin Tuesday, July 20.
- All players (unless you are a seeded player who is not playing doubles) WILL HAVE TO PLAY at least once on Sunday, July 18.
- The official tournament ball will be Wilson Championship, Regular duty.
- Any player involved in the finals of another sanctioned tournament on Saturday, July 17, must call Peter Lebedevs by 9:00 a.m. Saturday July 17 so you will not be expected to play an early match in Memphis on Sunday. The Tournament Office number at the Racquet Club is (901) 765-4458.
Any player failing to report when called will be subject to the USTA default rules.
- Contestants will be required to play two matches in the same event on the same day, if requested by the Tournament Director.
- Matches will be played on 10 Fast Dry clay courts at the Racquet Club of Memphis, 6 Fast Dry clay courts at The Memphis Country Club, and 6 Fast Dry clay courts at The University Club.
