| Susan has a true passion for fitness and exercise. She graduated from University of Tennessee majoring in elementary education. She taught school for over 16 years. She has run 18 marathons, is AFAA and CPR Certified. She has been involved in children’s camps and activities for many years. She has two grown boys and three grandchildren. Susan is also responsible for managing the pool including life guards and private parties plus she is the long time director of the Comcast Firecracker 5k. |

Amy Friedman - Personal Trainer

| Amy has been working as a personal trainer for over 10 years. She is a native Memphian and a lifelong fitness enthusiast. She has a Master’s degree in Human Movement Science and Education from the University of Memphis (1999) and she is certified as a Health/Fitness Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine. Amy has also been trained as a Stott Pilates Mat Instructor and enjoys helping clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis improve their bone heath through strength training. |

| Cheryl has certifications for Personal Training and Aerobic exercise from America Fitness Association of America. She is a certified Power Pilates teacher for both beginner and intermediate mat classes. She has run six marathons including the Boston Marathon. She has been a fitness instructor since 1977. |

| Dion Welling - Personal Trainer |

| Dion graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fitness Management. He is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has been a personal trainer, here at the Racquet Club, since 1992. Dion has also received his Tennis Strength and Conditioning Certification through Pat Etcheberry. He is also a certified TRX Group Instructor. As one of our veteran trainers, Dion has worked with a wide range of clients, from teenagers, collegiate and professional athletes, to adults. Dion’s specialty is “Training the average Joes like the Pros”. Dion enjoys strength training, functional training, and running. HE teaches Boot Camp, TRX Group Class for beginners to advance, and is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Racquet Club’s Junior Development Program. |

| Holly Guthrie is a certified personal fitness trainer from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and a certified Pilates Instructor through PowerPilates, NY. She has been involved in fitness most of her adult life participating in marathons and triathlons. Holly partnered with Envision Memphis as the group fitness coordinator working with other specialized trainers and offering her own schedule of classes and event training services downtown at Envision Memphis |

| Jonna Danis - Personal Trainer |

Jonna is certified through ACE in personal training, AIFE, and Body Training Systems for group resistance training. She is a former habilitation therapist for handicapped children. An avid runner and fitness enthusiast, Jonna’s objective is to assist in achieving fitness goals for her clients. She will design a personalized program and offer current diet information to improve your running or sports performance and increase muscle.
Jonna is currently instructing group resistance and "boot-camp" style classes, personal fitness training along with corporate health screening. |

| Ray is certified through The International Sports Sciences Association. Ray has trainer under this certification for over 14 years. He is certified in Exercise and Pregnancy, Exercise and Fibromyalgia. Ray is a Lieutenant with the Memphis Fire Department. He has held this rank for eleven years of his 24 years of service. He has competed in the World Police and Fire Games Bodybuilding events. |

| Stacy Chick - Personal Trainer |

Stacy has been personal training and working in the fitness industry since 2001. She started her career at the YMCA as a fitness instructor teaching high impact classes and personal training. In 2005 she became Spin certified and added cycling classes to the mix. Stacy also led boot camp inspired classes indoors at the Y, and in 2007, her dream of taking her very popular boot camp program outdoors, became a reality. River Workout Boot Camp has now expanded to Downtown and Germantown. Running is her true passion. She has run races of all levels, including marathons, trails, and triathlons. Stacy is starting a new running focused program at the Racquet Club.

| Alia Berg is an aerobic instructor with many certifications including Turbo Kick Instructor, Zumba Fitness Instructor from the Zumba Academy, San Ramon, CaZumba B-1 & B-2, ZumbaToning, Aqua Zumba, and Zumba Gold. Alia is also a certified PIYO Instructor, Silver Sneakers YOGA II Instructor, CPR AED Water Rescue Certified and a member of AFAA and IDEA. |

| Chris has been teaching aerobics for 20 years of those years, fifteen have been at the Racquet Club of Memphis. Chris teaches step aerobics, Cardio classes and a Power Sculpt class. As a Former University of Memphis Pom Pom girl, she travels around the country teaching choreography for cheerleading teams. |

| Sharon has worked in the health care field for over 30 years as a Research Study coordinator, Physician’s Assistant and now Communications Director for The Stern Cardiovascular Center. She likes to share her zest for health and fitness with her many loyal students whom she has been teaching over 10 years. Her current class is CORE STRENGTHENING which incorporates stretching, yoga, Pilates, ballet, and hand weights for a total upper and lower body work out. |
